About The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity now exists for a Project Supervisor to join Programmed, working on our high-profile Housing Contract in the ACT. 

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be accountable for project planning, work scheduling and on-site supervision of contractors for the delivery of works on time with quality outcomes in a cost effective and safe manner.

Nature of the position: Permanent, Full-Time

Location: Canberra

Reporting Line: Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising reactive projects within the Housing contract
• Conducting on-site appointments for responsive works
• Approving works and managing small jobs
• Overseeing a large subcontractor base who service various projects
• Collaboration and liaising with the client and stakeholders

About You

• Trade Experience preferable
• Proactive approach to resolving issues and excellent attention to detail
• An excellent communicator with good written and verbal skills
• Strong stakeholder engagement experience
