About The Opportunity

Programmed is currently seeking an Administration Assistant to join our facility management finance team which oversees the contracts for our expanding business across the state. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to step into an entry-level account role within a renowned national brand. Based in Arundel, this full-time position will play a crucial role in managing the finance inbox, processing client invoices, and generating purchase orders for the contracts.

Nature of position: Full-Time

Location: Arundel, Gold Coast

Reporting line: Finance & Commercial Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and action the finance inbox as required
  • Create purchase orders for the contracts
  • Process client invoices throughout the contracts
  • Assist the finance team with any fleet fuel cards or insurance
  • Manually create jobs within our finance/accounts software
  • Support the team with any accounts payable and receivable

 

About you

To excel in this position, you should have previous administrative experience with superb attention to detail and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment. It would also be beneficial to possess any prior experience in accounts payable and receivable, however, this is not required and a great entry-level opportunity into accounts for an administration professional. Additionally, you will also possess:

  • Previous experience with accounting software is advantageous
  • High-level organization and time management skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Intermediate MS Office, specifically Excel skills
