About The Opportunity
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Senior HR Advisor to join our Human Resources Team. As the first point of contact for HR needs, you’ll support our Property Services and Facility Management business units during an exciting period of growth.

In this permanent, full-time role, you will support both office and site-based teams across various Melbourne locations, while also contributing to our national operations. Bring your expertise in employee and industrial relations (ER and IR) to make a meaningful impact by partnering with leaders, coaching teams, and building strong, successful partnerships as a trusted advisor.

Through exceptional HR support, your key responsibilities will be:
- Act as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, guiding managers and employees on HR policies and best practices.
- Partner with leaders to deliver strategic HR solutions, enhancing team performance and engagement.
- Manage ER and IR matters, ensuring fair and compliant resolutions.
- Oversee recruitment processes, supporting seamless onboarding of new talent.
- Drive performance management, facilitating feedback and growth-focused development.
- Champion employee engagement initiatives to build a positive workplace culture.
- Provide data-driven insights to support workforce planning and retention strategies.
- Support change management by advising on HR impacts and enabling smooth transitions.
About You
To thrive in this role, you will be a true HR ‘generalist’ with exposure and experience with a variety of facets across the HR landscape. We are seeking someone with a strong ER and IR background with the ability to manage the ‘day-to-day HR’ coupled with expertise to successfully navigate a complex industrial environment. You will have a ‘can-do’ attitude, knack for people engagement and a drive for top-notch service delivery.
Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources / Industrial Relations or equivalent experience
- Highly developed communication and robust stakeholder engagement ability
- Proactive approach to relationship management
- Excellent time management and priortisation skills
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook & Powerpoint)
