About The Opportunity

Programmed Electrical Technologies is currently seeking an Office Administrator to join our team in Hindmarsh. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-known brand delivering a broad range of electrical, audio visual and communications services across a multitude of industries. This position will be responsible for data entry, processing, allocating and closing work orders, providing first-class customer service and administration support to the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to all incoming branch emails, phone calls and office deliveries.
  • Maintaining office stock and placing orders when required
  • Providing admin support to the service division this includes maintaining customer portals, processing working orders and allocating jobs ensuring customer KPIs are met, preparing invoicing, finalising jobs and complete monthly financial reporting.
  • Maintain internal records – plant and equipment and technician details.
  • Complete data entry tasks – timesheet approvals and allocations, project documentation, purchase orders, etc.
  • Perform ad hoc admin duties when required 

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in an administrative role, excellent attention to detail and a knack for people engagement. Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:

  • Previous experience in a trade or service-based industry is highly desirable
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • High-level organisation and time management skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office suite skills
