Programmed Facility Management are seeking Permanent Cleaning Utilities to join our Karratha Team. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of an essential team that provides facility management services to a well-known Oil & Gas Company situated in the Pilbara, WA.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Manager Property Services, the Cleaning Utilities are primarily responsible for the general cleaning of the Residential Properties / Facilities managed by Woodside.

Duties include:

  • Completion of routine cleans of Tenant properties, including vacate / refresh service requests
  • Achieve completion targets within allocated timeframes, respond to timely ad-hoc cleaning requests
  • Ensure that properties are cleaned to a high standard, following service schedules
  • Follow Cleaning Policies and Procedures; maintain records of works completed
  • Ensuring compliance with Australian standards and Occupational Health and Safety Act
  • Appropriate storage and use of Chemicals, maintain adequate supplies of cleaning materials / consumables levels
  • Notifying the Supervisor of any requests / issues across the Portfolio
  • Assist other departments from time to time if required

About You

Additionally you will possess:

  • Australian Working Rights
  • VALID C Class License (mandatory)
  • Ability to pass comprehensive (Client) Pre-Employment Medical including Instant Drug and Alcohol Screening (mandatory)
  • Current satisfactory National Police Check (within 6 months) (mandatory)
  • The following experience / qualifications with Cleaning and First Aid (desirable)

Additionally, you will also possess the following skills:

  • Basic Systems and Technology experience i.e., MS Office, online/web-based Workorder Management Software and Safety, Payroll & Training requirements,
  • Ability to work in a Team; be a self-motivator and take instructions.
  • Ability to prioritise and adapt to changing work tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate a professional approach in the workplace, with excellent customer service skills.
  • Have a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others, at all times.
