About The Opportunity

Programmed Property Services is offering an exciting opportunity for a Paint Supervisor to join our team in Underdale, Adelaide. This newly created position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced painter to put down the tools and begin the next stage of their professional journey. Our team is known for delivering exceptional painting services to a variety of clients across Adelaide. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day of our site-based teams whilst maintaining excellent relationships with our clients.

Nature of position: Full-Time

Location: Underdale, Adelaide

Reporting line: Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain an excellent relationship with our client.
• Manage the day-to-day of the site-based teams.
• Organise and plan subcontractors and internal labour for projects.
• Arrange all materials and equipment for the site.
• Assist the Senior Project Manager to deliver contract and progress reporting.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and to budget.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and profitable project delivery for the team.
  
  

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have previously managed site-based teams with a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others and be driven to deliver exceptional results.  Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:

• Elevated Work Platform & White Card is preferred
• First-class stakeholder engagement and customer service skills
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft suite
• Provide care and empathy to our site-based teams
• A strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others
