About the Opportunity

Exciting opportunities now exist for a Maintenance & Project Supervisor to lead a dedicated team of trades and subcontractors across a high-profile contract based in Western Sydney. These permanent, full-time positions report directly to the Project Manager and combine responsibilities across day-to-day maintenance, small-to-medium works delivery, safety leadership, and client engagement.

You’ll play a central role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant execution of both planned maintenance and minor project works across multiple facilities, while fostering strong working relationships with clients, stakeholders, and service providers.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of trades as well as subcontractors
  • Oversee and ensure timely delivery of preventative and reactive maintenance across multiple sites
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations, ensure documentation and compliance with safety and client standards
  • Provide hands-on support and act as first responder for priority works
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans and enhance property presentation
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting for all work undertaken
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients
  • Drive team performance, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives

 

About You

You are a confident and capable leader with proven experience in a facilities or maintenance environment. You are proactive, safety-focused, and committed to delivering high standards of service across trades and grounds maintenance.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Previous experience supervising multi-trade teams and subcontractors
  • Trade background in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or carpentry (highly desirable)
  • Excellent stakeholder and team engagement skills
  • Sound understanding of safety, compliance, and operational regulations
  • Proven ability to schedule, prioritise and scope maintenance works
  • White Card and valid Driver’s Licence preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Customer-focused with a professional and adaptable approach
