About your new role:

• Providing administrative support to the recruitment team
• Screening, interviewing and reference checking of candidates
• Administrative duties and data entry
• Creating and updating spreadsheets
• Database management
• Accounts payable
• Front reception duties
• Compliance management of onsite employees

About you:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced, administrative role (not essential)
• Sound computer knowledge (Microsoft office) 
• Strong analytical skills and high level of attention to detail
• Good communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to self-motivate, plan and prioritize tasks  
• Reliable, committed and hardworking 
• Be able to work independently in a team environment
