We’re looking for an experienced Team Leader Gardener's to run mobile crew's across Metropolitan Sydney delivering high-quality grounds maintenance across commercial and open space contracts.

The Role

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the onsite implementation of grounds maintenance across metropolitan Sydney. 

• Lead and supervise a small mobile crew
• Plan daily works and allocate tasks
• Ensure sites meet contract standards
• Conduct pruning, hedging, mulching & planting
• Undertake weed spraying & pest control
• Maintain equipment and ensure safe work practices
• Deliver consistent, high-quality presentation across sites.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in horticulture / parks & gardens / landscaping
• Previous team leading or supervisory experience preferred
• Current Driver’s Licence (essential)
• White Card
• Strong safety focus
• Pride in workmanship
• Ability to motivate and develop team members
