Site Administrator | FIFO 2:1 | New Contract Mobilisation | $95,461 + Super

Keep the site running. Support the team. Be at the centre of operations.

Programmed Facility Management has recently been awarded new contracts at Tropicana and Sunrise Dam, and we’re expanding our team to support ongoing operations.

This is a great opportunity to join during a key mobilisation phase, working alongside an established, high-retention crew, while also being supported by a Perth-based administration team.

Working on a 2:1 FIFO roster out of Perth, this role is suited to an experienced Site Administrator who is organised, adaptable, and confident managing a broad range of responsibilities in a fast-paced FIFO environment.

What’s on offer

  • $95,461 + Super
  • 2:1 FIFO roster out of Perth
  • Join a new contract with established operational teams
  • Support from a dedicated Perth-based admin team
  • Strong site culture and collaborative environment
  • Accommodation, meals, PPE and uniforms provided
  • Access to employee benefits and support programs
  • Opportunities for career progression and development

The Opportunity

As a Site Administrator, you’ll provide end-to-end administrative support across site operations, working closely with both site teams and the Perth-based support function.

This is a varied, all-rounder role, covering everything from mobilisation and onboarding through to day-to-day site coordination, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring site operations run smoothly, efficiently, and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to site leadership and operational teams
  • Coordinate travel, rosters, and accommodation bookings
  • Manage onboarding processes including inductions, medicals, and site access (e.g. INX systems)
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and site documentation
  • Assist with timesheets, payroll coordination, and data entry
  • Raise and track purchase orders and support procurement activities
  • Liaise with Perth-based teams, contractors, and site stakeholders
  • Support mobilisation and demobilisation activities
  • Ensure all administrative processes are completed accurately and on time

About You

You’re an experienced Site Administrator who is confident managing a broad range of responsibilities in a FIFO environment.

You’re organised, detail-focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining a high standard of work.

You will have:

  • Previous experience in a Site Administrator role within FIFO, mining, or similar environments (required)
  • Experience across general site administration, not just mobilisation
  • Familiarity with systems such as INX, PeopleTray, or similar
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team

Requirements

  • Full Australian working rights
  • Valid C Class Driver’s Licence
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
  • Current National Police Check (must be clear)

Desirable:

  • Experience within facilities management or soft services environments
  • Exposure to high-volume or multi-site operations

Location Requirement:
Candidates must be Perth-based (or able to commute to Perth for flights) or reside in Kalgoorlie.
