Programmed Facility Management is seeking a qualified Electrician to join our team at Sunrise Dam, supporting maintenance across village and site facilities.

Working on an 8:6 FIFO roster out of Perth, this is a permanent, long-term opportunity ideal for electricians looking to move into a stable, structured maintenance environment.

The Opportunity

As an Electrician, you’ll be responsible for delivering electrical maintenance across village and facilities, including accommodation, kitchens, amenities, and supporting infrastructure.

This role offers a mix of planned preventative maintenance and reactive work, ensuring all systems remain safe, compliant, and fully operational.

You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team, working closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and other trades to deliver a high standard of service across site.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform electrical maintenance and fault finding across village and facility infrastructure
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs
• Maintain systems across accommodation, kitchens, amenities, and common areas
• Ensure all work is completed in line with safety and compliance standards
• Support minor installation, upgrade, and improvement works
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
• Identify and report defects, hazards, and improvement opportunities
• Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to meet operational requirements

About You

You’re a qualified Electrician with experience in maintenance environments, ideally within FIFO or remote operations.

You’re reliable, safety-focused, and take pride in delivering consistent, high-quality work in a structured environment.

You will have:

• WA Electrical Worker’s Licence
• Certificate III in Electrotechnology (or equivalent)
• Previous FIFO or remote site experience (required)
• Experience in facilities, building services, or maintenance environments
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability
• A proactive, team-focused approach

Requirements

• Full Australian working rights
• Valid C Class Driver’s Licence
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
• Current National Police Check (valid within the last 3 months)

 Desirable:

• Working at Heights & Confined Space
• Experience in FIFO village or facilities maintenance environments

Location Requirement:
Candidates must be Perth-based (or able to commute to Perth for flights) or reside in Kalgoorlie
