Job Summary

This role involves collaborating closely with cross- functional teams to ensure consistency, brand alignment, and visual appeal. The position requires proactive planning, attention to detail, and adaptability to maintain a streamlined design workflow that supports the successful delivery of EOIs and Tenders on time and within budget. A key requirement of this role supports SharePoint access requests for bid teams in alignment with Bid Team approved registers to manage secure access to confidential submission information. 

Key Responsibilities

• Excellent visual communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop / Illustrator / Adobe) 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Visio) to create visual elements that are editable by the broader team
• Proficiency in SharePoint – access management and document version control
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail / strong organizational and time-management skills
• A strong design aesthetic alongside a pragmatic and adaptable approach to delivering graphic solutions in a fast paced and agile environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• A proactive team player with excellent interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or any related field. 
• Intermediate to advanced experience in desktop publishing, Microsoft Suite, and Sharepoint 
• Strong ability to prioritize effectively and manage workloads efficiently
