Senior BIM Engineer

Total Relevant Experience: 5 - 8 years of BIM coordination and BIM management
Knowledge of Autodesk and Bentley Tools (primarily Revit, Navisworks, and OpenBuilding)
Knowledge of IS019650 and other BIM/Digital Engineering Standards
Knowledge in the implementation, execution, and management of Common Data Environment (CDE)
Knowledge of Architecture, Civil, and Structural engineering and design
Knowledge in multi-disciplinary design and construction coordination
Knowledge and basic understanding of civil structures and design
Knowledge of BIM modelling, coordination & BEP implementation
Knowledge in CAD tools i.e., AutoCAD, Microstation
Hands-on BIM authoring experience (Revit, Civil 3D, Tekla, etc.)
Ability to generate construction Shop Drawings, CSD & ISD drawing from Revit BIM model preferable
Perform clash analysis, construction simulation, exporting construction drawings, etc.
Advanced understanding of BIM processes and ability to develop this on new projects
Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and solve problems when working under pressure
Passion in digital technology for construction
Ability to develop learning material to support project teams
Able to conduct technical training to project teams
Demonstrate a reliable, responsive, and positive work ethic with the highest degree of integrity
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to adhere to deadlines
Possess a strong work ethic
