MYER is looking for an Ambassador & Influencer Coordinator who will be responsible for the execution of Myer’s talent program. Supporting the Ambassador & Influencer Manager in delivering seamless execution of the brand’s talent strategy across campaigns, events, and day-to-day activity.
This role plays a key part in coordinating the operational and administrative aspects of talent engagement, working closely with internal teams such as brand marketing, sponsorship & events, PR & merchandise teams, external agencies, and talent representatives this role is pivotal in bringing our brand stories to life through authentic and impactful talent partnerships.
About the role:
- Support the Ambassador and Influencer Manager in researching and identifying emerging talent (influencers, creators, ambassadors, models, celebrities) aligned with brand goals and campaign objectives.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the centralised talent pool database with current profiles, performance insights, and brand alignment indicators.
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings with marketing, sponsorship, and merchandise teams to capture seasonal talent needs and briefs.
- Assist in the administrative execution of contracts, including processing, version control, and filing in line with internal systems.
- Track contract status from initiation to final execution, ensuring all key documents are signed and archived appropriately.
- Manage campaign timelines and coordinate key talent-related milestones including briefing, travel, fittings, samples and shoot schedules.
- Draft and distribute briefing documents and call sheets for talent involved in shoots, content creation, or events.
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for talent and their teams for logistics, scheduling, and general queries.
- Help coordinate and deliver positive on-set or on-location experiences for talent to ensure strong brand impressions.
- Schedule and coordinate campaign briefings and debriefs with key departments (marketing, PR, events, sponsorship, merchandise).
- Assist in collating and tracking performance data for talent campaigns (e.g., social metrics, engagement, reach, etc.).
About you:
- 2-3 years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, PR, or partnerships—preferably within fashion, beauty, or lifestyle sectors.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively engage with talent and media partners, driving successful campaign outcomes.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
- Strong organisational skills and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience using talent management & marketing tools/platforms.
- Familiarity with legal and compliance aspects of talent management.
