Location: Erskine Park - NSW - Australia

Create a career to be proud of. Expect all this and more when you join Linfox.

What does the job look like?

Step into one of Australia’s fastest-growing industries with a job share opportunity at Linfox. As online retail continues to surge and the gig economy reshapes how goods are delivered, this role places you right at the heart of the action—coordinating deliveries for one of our largest online retail customers.

Whether you're a university student studying business, supply chain, logistics or operations, or someone returning to the workforce and looking for a flexible re-entry—this role is designed for you. You'll rotate through seven 10-hour shifts every four weeks, working from 12:30pm to 10:30pm, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, real-world logistics environment

Based at our Erskine Park site, you’ll split shifts with another part-time teammate, and together you’ll:

  • Allocate runs to subcontractor drivers across different regions
  • Monitor key compliance metrics like On Time Arrival and handheld usage
  • Investigate incidents and escalate when needed
  • Keep systems and tracking tools up to date
  • Help resolve delivery or admin issues with internal teams and subcontractors
  • Conduct safety and fatigue audits

Are you the one?

You’re a motivated individual who’s loves working in a fast paced environment. You’re curious about how the booming online retail and gig economy work behind the scenes—and you’re excited to be part of it. You’re organised, sharp under pressure, and ready to step into a role where every shift brings something new. You can demonstrate:

  • Studying a relevant degree (e.g. logistics, business, supply chain, operations) is highly regarded, not essential
  • Organised, proactive and cool under pressure
  • Comfortable with web-based systems, live tracking tools and dashboards
  • A fast learner who adapts quickly to new platforms
  • Ready to step into a fast-moving operations role and make a real contribution
  • Able to work occasional reasonable overtime (which is paid!)

What's in it for me?

  • 12 weeks paid parental leave and return to work bonus for eligible employees
  • Career development opportunities and mentoring programs
  • Access to a range of benefits across dining and adventure, travel and health and well-being
  • The chance to work in a high-performing team where your contributions truly make an impact

At Linfox, we focus on providing an inclusive and diverse workplace where our people can perform at their best. We welcome and encourage applications from people of all backgrounds, identities and perspectives; with people of diverse genders, ages, religions, abilities, sexual orientations and cultures (including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples) encouraged to apply. .
