What does the job look like?

Join the team that powers one of Australia’s largest online grocery networks. As our Senior Territory Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind daily operations across Victoria. You’ll work closely with the Regional Manager to ensure everything runs smoothly—from fleet readiness and subcontractor performance to customer satisfaction and safety compliance. Key areas:

  • Support the Regional Manager daily by ensuring smooth, uninterrupted operations across the state, aligned with Linfox service and safety standards.
  • Take ownership of the state’s financial performance with full P&L accountability, actively managing costs and driving profitability.
  • Regularly engage with key customers, providing clear updates, following through on commitments, and strengthening relationships built on trust and transparency.
  • Closely track subcontractor performance against agreed KPIs, holding them accountable and identifying opportunities to lift service levels.
  • Anticipate peak demand periods and plan proactively balancing capacity, labour, and fleet availability to maintain high service standards.
  • Be highly visible on the ground working alongside teams, subcontractors, and customer stakeholders to quickly address issues and maintain operational momentum.
  • Lead the response to any incidents, digging into root causes and embedding long-term fixes to ensure lessons are learned and standards improve.

  • Proven experience in a transport or logistics environment
  • Able to analyse data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities
