We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Rates Analyst to join our group payroll team. This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping how we manage and maintain rate structures across the Linfox Group, including Linfox Logistics, BevChain, Airports, Property, Armaguard, and Private Group.

About the role: 

As a Rates Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all rate-related data. You’ll support the annual remuneration review cycle, EBA adjustments, and collaborate with key stakeholders including Workplace Relations, HR, and Agency Labour Vendors to ensure timely and accurate rate processing.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain and update rate data across systems including SAP and UKG Workforce Dimensions.
  • Support the design and implementation of rate structures and exception processes.
  • Conduct audits and system monitoring to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to manage rate changes and reporting.
  • Lead testing and deployment of system changes related to rates.
  • Provide training and documentation for internal users.
  • Act as the first point of contact for rate-related queries and agency vendor coordination.

Are you the one?

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in SAP HR/Payroll data maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP reporting tools (Spinifex, Ad-Hoc Query).
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with databases.
  • Understanding of Australian industrial legislation and payroll compliance.
  • Experience with auditing and maintaining rates in complex environments.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and communication abilities.
