What does the job look like?
This role is responsible for leading healthcare logistics operations, ensuring contracted service deliverables are achieved efficiently, safely, and in line with compliance requirements. You will oversee resources, people, and processes to deliver cost-effective outcomes while acting as a key link between Linfox, customers, and stakeholders.

Key areas:

  • Manage production schedules to meet client and business requirements
  • Deliver pick, pack and dispatch operations for healthcare products in line with compliance standards
  • Oversee handling of regulated products ensuring strict security and quality protocols
  • Lead and allocate workforce resources, including managing casual labour pools
  • Provide regular productivity and financial reporting to management
  • Coordinate stakeholder communication across customers, contractors and internal teams

Are you the one?
You are an experienced operations leader with a background in healthcare or logistics environments, capable of managing complex distribution centre operations while maintaining compliance and service excellence.

You can demonstrate:

  • 5+ years’ experience in third-party logistics operations
  • Experience managing distribution centre systems and inventory accuracy
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, GWP or GDP compliance environments
  • Experience leading teams and managing workforce performance
  • Understanding of unionised environments and industrial relations
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement and manage operational risk
