Lead an enterprise SAP transformation!

Aurizon is delivering a multi-stream SAP Transformation across HR/Payroll, Finance, Procurement, and migrating to SAP on RISE. —and we’re after a two Senior Project Managers who can turn strategy into disciplined delivery, balancing scope, schedule, cost, quality and benefits across complex workstreams.

What you’ll do

• Own delivery of assigned program streams (HR/Payroll, Finance, Procurement and Core Migration to SAP on RISE) within the broader SAP transformation.
• Build and maintain the Project Management Plan (WBS, milestones, dependencies, baselines, change control).
• Manage, monitor and control day-to-day delivery against plan and relevant functional, operational and legal requirements.
• Report with impact to Sponsor/Program Manager/Senior Management—calling out actual and emerging time/cost/quality variance early.
• Land clean close-outs: asset handover, financial closure and audit readiness.
• Lead and mentor project teams; contribute to program forums and resourcing across streams.

We’re looking for someone with:

• 10+ years in project management, with 5+ years leading enterprise-level transformations (ERP/SAP or equivalent) across HR/Payroll, Finance and Procurement.
• Strong financial/commercial acumen and vendor/contract management in multi-supplier environments.
• Executive-level stakeholder engagement and communication; confident in steer-cos and contested decision forums.
• Formal PM certification (PMP/PRINCE2/MSP/Agile) highly regarded.
