The opportunity:

Here at EBOS Group we have a great opportunity for a Human Resources Business Partner with experience in providing sound HR advice and hands on support to the Healthcare Division. There is a mix of corporate, award and enterprise agreement, warehouse based employees, which provides learning opportunities working with this complexity and diversity.

Based out of either Sydney or Melbourne and reporting to the Head of People- Healthcare, this role will see you providing advice to line managers and team members on various HR matters, as well as working with the HR team on employee lifecycle management, including,  policy, award and enterprise agreement interpretation, employee relations and performance management, facilitating HR approvals, some employee data analysis such as remuneration or other required reports; and some recruitment support.

You will also provide support on HR initiatives and systems implementation including our HRIS Project.

What you will do:

  • Generalist HR, advice and support to leaders and team members across all operational human resources functions.
  • Coach and support managers across end-to end performance management related issues;
  • Provide HR advice and support on ER/IR matters;
  • Support HR projects and business engagement activities as required;
  • Appropriate HR operational documentation of the above activities.

What we are looking for:

  • Aspiration to learn and develop;
  • Generalist HR experience in a similar role, working with diverse stakeholder levels across diverse business units;
  • ER/IR experience across both operational and corporate environments (Desirable)
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management;
  • Professional communication, relationship management and influencing skills;
  • Proactive, problem solving approach and initiative;
  • Agile and responsive way of working; and
  • Administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
