The opportunity:

Here at EBOS Healthcare we have a rare opportunity for a professional, committed, friendly and approachable Sales Support Coordinator to join our Primary Care sales team.

This is an entry level opportunity to help support the business manager and sales teams win new business, sell more equipment, and convert to our own branded manufacturers. Daily, you will be involved in supporting the Primary Sales team with quotation requests, order entry, reporting (building excel reports as well as SAP and Sales Force) and online support.

Customer centricity is pivotal to our customers and our sales team’s success. As such your sense of urgency, customer focus and ‘can-do’ attitude will be pivotal to your success.

To be responsive to requests nationwide, this role will be office based between 8.30am and 4.30pm initially. After a period of settling in we are happy to make this a 3-day office and two day a week at home role.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience working within a Service Support role preferred but not essential;
  • Above average MS Office Excel skills with the drive to learn more;
  • SAP and Sales Force desirable but not essential;
  • Strong customer focus with a commitment to our team and their customers;
  • Ability to work collaboratively;
  • A practical mind to solve problems;
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal);
  • An ability to work efficiently and accurately;
  • Excellent organisational skills plus high levels of motivation and initiative.
