The Role:

TWC is seeking an Inventory Planner and Analyst to join their finance team based out of either our Melbourne or Brisbane offices.

A key focus of this role is to ensure there is appropriate stock cover. This means product will be available when Network Partners place orders whilst minimising excess stock holdings. Further, the role provides reporting and insights to the Private Label and Merchandise teams to enable better decision making in range additions and deletions, price changes and promotional activity.

You will also analyse and provide recommendations for improvement, conduct stock and sales performance analysis, adhere to weekly and monthly reporting deliverables, and identify risks and opportunities for a portfolio of exclusive TerryWhite Chemmart brands.

What you will do:

  • Be responsible for the overall running of stock replenishment for a portfolio of exclusive TerryWhite Chemmart brands
  • Manage stock deliveries to 3/4 PL providers and wholesaler
  • Prepare regular stock analysis and weekly stock, sales and promotional reports for various stakeholders in the business
  • Maintain product, forecasting, demand planning and stock systems and processes

What we are looking for:

  • Prior experience in the pharmacy, retail and / or supply chain industry preferred
  • Experience with product demand forecasting and/or data analysis
  • Organised, methodical, logical
  • Able to work independently
  • Accountable and responsible
  • Advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills
  • Ability to analyse data, draw conclusions and make recommendations.
  • Curious and committed to continuous learning and improvement
  • A good communicator and able to follow-up with various stakeholders
