The opportunity:

Lead a team of client operations support experts across our Data and Loyalty services with the aim of driving engagement by solving their technical needs and introducing our products and services. 

What you will do:

  • Manage a team of several support team members
  • Training and development of support team members
  • Respond to incoming calls and providing assistance or escalating as required
  • Responding to support tickets lodged online or emailed through
  • Calling pharmacies and talking through remote connections
  • Installing our in-house data extraction software at pharmacies
  • Repairing the data extraction software
  • Installing our in-house Loyalty software/system
  • Repairing loyalty software
  • Provide training to pharmacies for the loyalty system
  • Setting up user accounts for various Intellipharm services

What we are looking for:

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Competencies in computer and networking skills is helpful
  • Familiarity with remote connection software
  • Experience in client management would be beneficial
