The Opportunity:
Position: Full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5pm
Location: Beautiful, renovated Brisbane office on Park Rd, just a 5-minute walk to both Milton Train Station & CityCat

What You Will Do:
We are seeking a Partner & Customer Support Officer to support TWC Network Partners and Customer Service functions. Reporting to the Partner Support Manager, you will:
Act as the touchpoint for Network Partner inquiries and customer service escalations
Ensure timely management of customer service queries
Support Network Partners through Support Centre functions
Manage Zendesk feedback systems for Network Partner support
Assist with stock orders, credits, and inventory management
Collaborate with the Partner Support team to implement effective customer service processes across the TWC network
Perform ad-hoc admin & reception duties when required
What We Are Looking For:
A pharmacy superstar with extensive pharmacy experience and a strong stock control background. Experience with POS systems Minfos & Fred is highly advantageous. Additionally, you will have:
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
Ability to prioritize and work well as part of a team
An enthusiastic & positive approach to any challenge
Great time management skills and multitasking ability
