Your role will support the maintenance of our Quality Management System (QMS).

The Opportunity:
Reporting through to the Quality Manager this role is responsible for supporting and maintaining the Quality Systems under the requirements of the TGA License and other regulatory requirements.
What you will do:
- Providing direct support to the Quality Manager
- Managing document and records control in DoseAid’s eQMS
- Managing training documentation and records through DoseAid’s eQMS
- Managing supplier process and documentation
- Preparing and supporting external audits
- Generating non-conformance reports and supporting their resolution
- Participating in customer complaints resolution
- Participating in CAPA resolution
- Scheduling and supporting the implementation of the internal audit programme
- Preparing and delivering training modules based on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Perform and report on environmental monitoring.
- Contributing to other activities as required to ensure the company achieves its objectives.
What we are looking for:
- 2+ years in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical, device or biotechnology industries
- Knowledge and understanding of validation requirements is an advantage
- a working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices is required.
- Understanding and knowledge of regulatory and quality requirements (TGA) would be advantageous.
- understand the importance of compliance within a regulated environment and can effectively use your well-developed communication skills and interpersonal ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience in working in small dynamic teams.
- Ability to deliver on tasks.
