The opportunity:

As the Operations & Inventory Co-Ordinator you will bring your "hands on" knowledge, outstanding analytical and creative skills to support a dedicated and successful team in providing healthcare solutions to the wider community. The role will see you interacting with operational staff across both automated and manual warehouse environments, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting CI with reporting tools and visual controls. Working within a business experiencing significant growth, you will have the opportunity to showcase your many talents in this challenging yet rewarding role.

What you will do:

  • Analysis and reporting of operational performance
  • Inventory analysis including slotting, load balancing, velocity planning, etc.
  • Initiate and lead optimisation projects
  • Assist with freight optimization and management combining both data analysis and route optimisation software to achieve improve service levels / reduced costs
  • Present operational data and KPI performance information to key stakeholders
  • Make data accessible by creating customized dashboards and visual controls
  • Assist with business case preparation for capital and large projects

What we are looking for:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and Power BI.
  • Tertiary qualifications preferred in Supply Chain, Mathematics, Logistics or equivalent experience.
  • An understanding of the warehousing and transport processes as well as end to end supply chain operations.
  • Experience within a Quality Management environment. (ISO 9001:2015)
  • Experience working withing GWP/GMP preferred.
