The opportunity:

Our sales team at Endeavour Consumer Health (ECH) have a NEW opportunity for an Account Manager to drive sales and margin growth for their owned and agency brands in assigned Pharmacy Accounts, Pharmacy Wholesalers and Sub-Distributors through strategic account planning and management.

In this role you will be responsible for building strong business partnerships, executing strategic business initiatives and increased ranging and distribution at head office and through distributors. Engaging all relevant internal and external stakeholders and supporting the Australian Business Manager on delivering strategic imperatives.

As such your effective communication, negotiation, organisational and planning skills as well as your high attention to detail will be critical to your success. You will also be able to demonstrate your customer centric approach and ability to resolve problems.

What you will do:

  • Drive sales and margin growth in Pharmacy Retail Groups & Wholesalers and Supermarket/Health Food Distributors while managing Trade Spend within budget;
  • Create and execute robust account and distributor plans that deliver the ECH strategy;
  • Manage the promotional programs across Pharmacy and Distributor channels, including planning, forecasting, and measuring effectiveness;
  • Deliver positive results in Pharmacy Retail Group Category Reviews;
  • Ensure brands and NPD is presented and ranged within assigned Pharmacy Retail Groups & Wholesalers through the category review process;
  • Ensure brands and NPD is presented and ranged to key Supermarket & Health Food groups through collaboration with Distributor partners.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in Key Account management and sales;
  • Demonstrated success in developing business and delivering successful ranging outcomes;
  • Experience with promotional planning and operating within spend and margin expectations;
  • Experience in category management, range review process, data analysis and reporting;
  • Experience managing distributors whilst engaging their field teams to drive brands and provide tools to execute at store level;
  • Ability to successfully manage internal stakeholder relationships;
  • Ability to proactively create and seek out new opportunities to drive growth of ECH brands.
