Role Purpose:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Sales and Account Manager to join our Sales and Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key client accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of Minfos.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Develop and deliver product presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry developments.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, concerns, and feedback.
Conduct regular meetings with customers to review their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure they are aware of any new product developments and features.
Act as a liaison between the customer, external partners, and Minfos to ensure successful collaboration and to meet customer needs.
Work closely within the sales team to share best practices and support team goals.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Participate in sales meetings, business meetings, training events, and industry events as required.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve customer growth targets.
Identify new business opportunities to expand the Minfos customer base.
Manage and grow existing client accounts by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Minfos customers to ensure long-term partnerships and retention.
Build and maintain relationships with Minfos partners to collaborate on new opportunities and support mutual customers.
Maintain strong product knowledge to ensure confidence when presenting to potential customers.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales and account management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
