The Role
QPharma have a fantastic opportunity for a Work Health and Safety (WHS) & Office Administration Coordinator to join the WHS team.
In this role you will be required to support the Qpharma WHS Officer by completing WHS administration duties, ensuring compliance with our WHS policies and procedures and WHS legislation. You will also provide administration support to the quality and production departments, and coordinate customer service activities.
As such your strong customer service skills coupled with your excellent relationship management & communication skills will be key to your success.
What you will do:
Coordinate and assist in the development of WHS plans that meet our objectives and targets;
Provide support and assist the WHS representatives in the performance of their duties;
Identify WHS training needs and provide guidance and training;
Company Inductions;
WHS Continuous Improvement;
Customer Service/Order Processing;
Administration Duties/Production/Quality Administration.
What we are looking for:
Prior experience working within an office-based Administration role within a WHS team;
Experience and or high awareness of health and safety preferred;
Experience and confidence using Microsoft office (Excel, Microsoft Word);
Strong customer focus;
High attention to detail and strong analytical skills;
Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent an advantage.
