The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join the team and provide first class property management solutions to a portfolio of the University’s assets. This is an ongoing opportunity to collaborate across a broad variety of properties and further develop your skill set.

This role will involve:

  • Delivering high-quality, customer-centric property services including tendering, awarding and leasing for a broad portfolio of properties
  • Collaborating and partnering with customers to provide a seamless, efficient service
  • Providing informative reports and data analysis for the property portfolio
  • Supporting strategic projects aimed at continuous innovation and improvement of policies and procedures

To be considered for this position, you will demonstrate extensive property management expertise across a broad range of portfolios including retail, commercial, industrial and residential. This will include an intricate working knowledge of relevant legislations and regulations that impact properties and leases. You will be a collaborative team player who can quickly adapt to a high-performing environment to deliver results.
