The Opportunity

Monash Sport has exciting opportunities to join the team as a Health and Fitness Instructor at either Clayton, Caulfield or Peninsula campus.

As the successful candidate you will be responsible for providing a range of health and fitness based services to the Monash Sport community, including but not limited to provision of core services to members, including taking a professional and innovative approach to individual program design and diligent and proactive supervision of the Fitness Centre.

At both the Caulfield and Peninsula campuses you will also be required to provide a high level of customer service across a wide range of Service Desk offerings and functions, including (but not limited to) membership sales and renewals, Point of Sales (POS) transactions, and casual court hire bookings.

Health and Fitness Instructor essential requirements: 

  • Certificate III and Certificate IV in Fitness or Tertiary Qualification (relevant in fitness / exercise field)
  • Current CPR and Level 2 First Aid Certificate
  • Current registration with AUSactive
