The Opportunity
Join a dynamic team at the forefront of clinical research in psychedelic science and therapies as a Research Officer within the Clinical Psychedelic Lab. This position supports the successful delivery of clinical trials and other lab operations by managing a range of complex research activities, including trial coordination, regulatory submissions, site operations, data analysis, report writing, participant engagement, and other activities. Working within a multidisciplinary team, the role contributes to a safe and compliant research environment that upholds the highest clinical and ethical standards.
Working in close collaboration with researchers, educators and clinicians, this position supports the end-to-end coordination of clinical trials and related research activities. Responsibilities include managing participant screening and assessments, preparing trial documentation and reports, facilitating stakeholder engagement and contributing to reports and academic publications. The role also supports various other activities, including general administration, supporting the delivery of training programs, supporting other staff across the team, and helping to enhance the reach and impact of the Clinical Psychedelic Lab’s work.
We are seeking someone with a degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience, along with demonstrated strengths in research and project coordination. Strong analytical, organisational and data management skills are essential for success in this role, as is familiarity with trial design and treatment protocols in clinical psychedelic research.
