Remuneration: $140,157 - $148,769 pa HEW Level 09 (plus 17% employer superannuation)

The Opportunity

Drive a high-impact transformation across global campuses.
We are seeking an experienced technology leader to manage the transition of workstations and servers from our Malaysian Campus’ Active Directory environment into our existing corporate Active Directory.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Migration Program: Working with the project management team, you will develop and execute a comprehensive migration plan for consolidating Active Directory environments, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Resource & Team Management: Recruit and manage a dedicated migration team that will work with other subject matter experts (SMEs) from across the existing technology teams.
  • Strategic Planning & Governance: Define architecture and migration strategies, oversee risk management, and ensure compliance with corporate standards.
  • Cross-Regional Coordination: Act as the primary technical liaison between Australia and Malaysia, aligning stakeholders and managing change across both regions.
  • Delivery Excellence: Monitor progress, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery of milestones with robust reporting to senior leadership.

What We’re Looking For

  • An experienced people leader who has built and managed a team of technical resources
  • Proven experience leading large-scale Active Directory migrations or similar enterprise infrastructure projects.
  • Strong background in technical project delivery, including resource planning and vendor engagement.
  • Ability to operate in complex, matrixed environments, influencing and aligning diverse stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills to drive transformation across geographies.
