The Opportunity
The Department of Maintenance Technology Institute within the Faculty of Engineering is seeking a practical and detail-oriented professional to provide high-quality administrative and operational support within a structured compliance and mobilisation environment.
You will support mobilisation, onboarding, and contractor compliance processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to established procedures. This role suits someone who thrives in process-driven settings, exercises sound judgement, and contributes positively to team operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support mobilisation, onboarding, and compliance activities
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and tracking systems
- Apply safety and compliance procedures consistently
- Coordinate routine operational tasks and deadlines
- Provide professional administrative support to stakeholders
- Use workforce systems to ensure workflow continuity
- Contribute to efficient team operations within established guidelines
About You
You will bring administrative or operational experience in an industrial or compliance-focused environment, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail. You apply procedures accurately and consistently, use business systems confidently, and communicate clearly and professionally.
Reliability and a collaborative team approach are essential. A relevant qualification or equivalent experience in administration, contractor coordination, or compliance environments is desirable.
