The Opportunity
Join a dynamic team at the forefront of research excellence as our Data Governance Specialist.
In this pivotal role, you’ll be the trusted adviser and technical lead driving data quality across research management systems. From solving complex data challenges to guiding strategic decisions, your expertise will ensure our research metadata is accurate, reliable, and aligned with best practices.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the charge in data quality management, identifying issues and delivering sustainable solutions.
- Provide expert consultation and reporting to senior leadership, influencing key decisions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate across departments to enhance data governance frameworks and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to policy development, compliance, and performance reporting that shapes the future of research integrity.
What You Bring:
- A degree in a relevant field and extensive experience in data governance or administration.
- Proven skills in project management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in data tools and programming languages like Python or R.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with a knack for turning data into actionable insights.
