The Opportunity
The Education Services Coordinator is responsible for supporting MADA’s strategic and academic initiatives by providing comprehensive coordination across student and academic services. This role underpins curriculum development, quality assurance, and faculty programs, while contributing to the effective delivery of projects, events, and operational processes. It plays a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the Student and Academic Services Unit and advancing MADA’s educational objectives.
The role provides high-level coordination and support across the Student and Academic Services Unit, ensuring the efficient operation of administrative processes and systems. You will manage committees, coordinate projects, prepare reports, and provide timely advice to staff, clients, and stakeholders. In this role, you will contribute to policy and curriculum processes, analyse and maintain data, and actively support continuous improvement and strong stakeholder relationships to ensure quality service delivery.
As the successful candidate, you will possess highly developed planning and organisational skills, with a proven ability to prioritise tasks, implement improvements, and meet deadlines. You will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, advanced written and verbal communication, and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Strong administration expertise, proficiency with complex software systems, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively are essential to excel in this role.
