The Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate UCAT ANZ Senior Administrative Coordinator to join the team and provide high-level administrative, data management and coordination support to keep the UCAT ANZ program running efficiently. The position oversees processes across candidate results, research databases, committee activities, financial administration and stakeholder engagement, and will contribute to meetings, events and general program operations.
This position will coordinate projects, streamline workflows and maintain accurate and secure program data, supporting smooth operations and effective engagement with internal and external stakeholders. The work will contribute directly to the effective delivery of the UCAT ANZ program through strong planning, confident coordination and reliable operational support.
We are seeking someone with relevant qualifications along with strong administrative and organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks under deadlines. You will also need to be proficient in the use of statistical software such as SPSS or similar programs as well as Microsoft office, Google Drive, Qualtrics and social media platforms.
