We’re seeking an Indigenous Student Recruitment and Outreach officer, who is culturally strong and a passionate leader ready to drive real change.


In this role, you’ll support targeted outreach initiatives that raise awareness of Monash University within Indigenous communities. You’ll represent the university in external engagement activities, promote inclusive pathways to higher education, and support Indigenous students as they begin their university journey.


To succeed in this role, you will bring strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent planning and organisational abilities, experience working respectfully and effectively with First Nations communities, and a commitment to collaboration, cultural respect and achieving meaningful results.
