The Opportunity 

International student recruitment is competitive, complex, and constantly shifting. This continuing, full-time role based in Mulgrave will suit an experienced recruitment campaign and engagement professional who thrives on translating market insight into campaigns that move prospective students from curiosity to enrolment. 

In this important role, you will lead the strategy and execution of international recruitment campaigns across key source markets. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and managing end-to-end international recruitment campaigns aligned to enrolment targets
  • Analysing market data and campaign performance to inform ongoing optimisation
  • Collaborating with regional teams, agents, and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent, accurate messaging
  • Overseeing campaign budgets and reporting outcomes to senior leadership

What You'll Bring

  • Demonstrated experience managing international student recruitment campaigns
  • Strong understanding of key source markets including South-East Asia, South Asia, or China
  • Demonstrated fluency in Mandarin and experience in deploying recruitment campaigns in non English speaking countries
  • Proven ability to translate enrolment strategy into targeted, multi-channel campaign activity
  • Experience working within a university or large education provider environment
  • Confident stakeholder management skills across cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams
  • Proficiency in campaign analytics tools and CRM-driven marketing approaches

This is a role for someone who brings both strategic clarity and hands-on execution - someone who understands the complexities of international higher education and can translate insights into effective student recruitment and engagement strategies that respond to the needs of prospective students throughout their decision-making process.
