Your Impact
As a Vendor Replenishment Planner (VRP), you’ll play a critical role in ensuring product availability for one of our key retail customers. You’ll manage inventory levels, drive supply chain efficiency, and deliver exceptional service by working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role where your actions have direct commercial impact, influencing stock flow, promotional performance, and in-store availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders and inventory levels across the customer’s network to agreed KPIs

• Monitor, assess, and optimise product availability through demand, promotional, and supply insights

• Identify and resolve supply issues through exception management and proactive collaboration

• Partner with customer and internal operations teams to improve delivery utilisation and time-slot efficiency

• Analyse inventory metrics to minimise out-of-stocks and reduce waste

• Liaise across supply chain, demand, and merchandising teams to ensure execution of promotional activity

About You
You’re data-driven, commercially savvy, and thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. With a solid foundation in supply chain planning, you know how to anticipate risks, influence stakeholders, and keep product moving. You also bring:

• Proven experience in a similar role within supply chain planning across FMCG, Grocery, Retail or Pharmaceutical

• Strong planning and analytical capability with attention to detail

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Confidence using planning and ERP systems, ideally with advanced Excel proficiency

• A solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to balance short-term challenges with long-term priorities
