Your Impact

 

Working closely with the Shopper Marketing Manager, this position is responsible for delivering the omni channel (digital and Bricks & Mortar) shopper marketing activity for your customer as aligned to our Game Plan. Partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Field Sales & Operations teams, you’ll lead the communication of our priorities & plans to ensure execution excellence of our categories and brands.

This is a fixed-term secondment.

 

Key Accountabilities

 

  • Provide input into the annual plan to help inform the 0–18-month activation calendar
  • Contribute recommendations based on PCR’s (post campaign reports)
  • Leverage your strong understanding of CUB’s customer/channel strategies to support the delivery of shopper activation plans that deliver the triple-win (our shoppers, customers, and the CUB business).
  • Activate against brand guidelines, category growth drivers and customer strategies with a strong understanding of consumer occasions.
  • Execute all activation plans DIFOT (delivered in full on time) & within budget
  • Support on PCRs for all big bet activity ensuring we are achieving positive ROIs
  • Support as required any inputs for JBP content
  • Support the customer engagement plan to ensure we are engaging with the right
  • Build strong, strategic, relationships with partners providing clarity on CUB & customer priorities to deliver world class shopper marketing programs

 

 

 

About you

 

  • Solid commercial experience gained within sales, marketing, or shopper / trade marketing.
  • Ability to lead multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Understanding of the shopper's path to purchase
  • Digital foundations
  • Deep passion and understanding of consumer and shopper behavior
  • Demonstrated experience in brief writing and partnering with creative agencies.
  • Strength in verbal and written communication and delivering articulate presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Results-driven with a sense of accountability and ownership.
