Your Impact
We have an available position as a Process Technician, working with our manufacturing operations team in our Albury facility providing technical and maintenance expertise to ensure machinery is operating efficiently whilst operating the equipment at the same time, producing our world-class beverages. This includes machine operating, conducting preventative maintenance, break down assistance, coaching and guiding your colleagues maintaining our high safety and quality standards.
About You
This role is suited to someone eager to learn and who will make the most of our supportive team on site in developing your technical skills and growing your capability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. While you will definitely need some mechanical aptitude to support in routine maintenance activities, this is a production role at heart, so you'll need to be fairly process oriented and happy following procedures to maintain our safety, quality and production expectations.

Requirements:
- Trade or degree qualifications in electrical or mechanical disciplines
- Machine operator experience in the FMCG industry
- Experience in a diverse role involving operational and maintenance tasks
- Troubleshooting skills and the ability to use your initiative to investigate machine issues
- A proven track record of implementing continuous improvement initiatives
You will need to be available for a 12-hour shift, rotating roster across day and night shifts. This roster supports work-life balance, allowing for a solid consecutive break within your rotating roster.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive preventative maintenance, continuous improvement and testing practices to validate line performance requirements.
- Operating machinery within the facility to produce our materials & beverages.
- Perform daily process area cleaning to maintain company compliance, GMP and HACCP standards.
- Conduct corrective action maintenance activities to ensure machine integrity and operating efficiency is maintained.
- Perform asset management activities on production line.
- Fault find and troubleshoot to reduce machine downtime.
- Conduct quality tests and calibrate machinery ensuring our product meet our high-quality standards.
