Your Impact

As a Warehouse Operator, you’ll play a key role in the smooth and efficient flow of materials through our Huntingwood site. You’ll be responsible for batching, receiving, and maintaining accurate inventory — ensuring raw materials are where they need to be, when they’re needed. Working closely with production and planning teams, you’ll uphold our high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency every shift.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick and pack raw materials in line with the daily manufacturing plan and kit sheets.
  • Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliations to maintain accurate SAP data.
  • Safely unload, receive, and store goods — including dangerous goods — to the correct storage areas.
  • Ensure FIFO/FEFO stock rotation is followed and materials are clearly labelled.
  • Inspect goods for quality or damage, escalating issues where required.
  • Maintain clean, organised warehouse areas to support a safe working environment.

About You

  • Current forklift licence (ideally twin tyne) and proven warehouse experience within FMCG, manufacturing or logistics.
  • Strong focus on safety and accuracy in every task.
  • Comfortable working both autonomously and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid computer and SAP (or similar WMS) skills for receipting, data entry and inventory tracking.
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Experience with dangerous goods handling or batching is advantageous but not essential.
