Your Impact
As Logistics Optimisation Lead, you’ll take the reins on delivering key integration initiatives to harmonise The Better Drinks Business with Asahi NZ. You’ll turn strategy into action — connecting warehousing, transport, planning and third-party manufacturing into a unified, high-performing supply chain. This role is all about execution: using data, systems knowledge, and stakeholder alignment to drive smarter, faster, and more efficient logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of integration initiatives, ensuring pace, alignment, and measurable impact.

Engage cross-functional teams across operations, procurement, finance, IT and commercial to embed change.

Align warehousing footprints, transport networks, routing rules, and SOPs across both businesses.

Manage data and systems integration — translating analytics into operational actions and improved visibility.

Model commercial impacts, costs, and performance improvements to support decision-making.

Define and align KPIs across cost, service, quality, and safety to ensure sustainable success.

Coach teams and 3PLs through transitions, embedding new ways of working and capability uplift.
About You

Proven experience in logistics or supply chain operations with direct exposure to warehousing and transport.

Strong track record delivering integration, transformation, or merger-related initiatives under pressure.

Excellent understanding of WMS, planning systems and data-driven decision making.

Highly skilled in stakeholder management, project delivery, and change adoption.

Pragmatic and resilient communicator with the ability to influence at all levels.

Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Commerce (or proven equivalent experience).
