Business Development Manager – Away From Home

Your Impact

As our new Business Development Manager, you’ll drive commercial success across key accounts within the Away From Home channel. You’ll take ownership of achieving sales, distribution, profitability, market share, merchandising, and promotional targets while building strong partnerships that deliver growth for both your customers and our brands.
This is a hands-on role where strategic thinking, relationship management, and execution excellence all come together.

Key Accountabilities

• Achieve agreed sales, market share, and profitability goals across designated accounts.
• Maximise commercial and category growth opportunities within customers.
• Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key customers and industry partners.
• Identify, cold canvas, and onboard new business opportunities.
• Execute national and local commercial plans effectively and on time.
• Monitor competitor activity and respond to ensure continued growth ahead of category.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and manage account credit within agreed terms.
• Represent ALB at key customer meetings and industry events to strengthen our profile and relationships.

• A proven record in successful Key Account Management and field sales experience
• Solid sales/account management experience
