Your Impact
Lead the technical delivery of our warehouse-to-distribution automation program. You’ll ensure business requirements are aligned, data integrity is maintained, and solutions are implemented seamlessly across logistics, manufacturing and corporate functions. This is a pivotal role driving innovation and efficiency in our supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee design, testing and deployment of warehouse-to-distribution automation processes
- Manage data migration and governance to ensure accuracy and successful cutover
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to align technology with business needs
- Lead risk management and post-go-live support to ensure stability and continuity
About You
- Proven experience leading large-scale automation or technology implementations in FMCG
- Strong knowledge of SAP S4 EWM/TM and ERP platforms
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing direct and dotted-line teams
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language for senior stakeholders
