Your Impact

As a Brewery Technician in the Warehouse & Logistics department of our iconic Yatala Brewery, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring accuracy and efficiency in managing production stock while contributing to the leadership and coordination of daily operations. Your strong technical, administrative, and supervisory skills will help seamlessly connect our customers with some of Australia's favourite beverages.

Please note: This role will be 12-hour shifts, rotating between day shift and night shift, Monday - Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate equipment to pick, move, and load products efficiently and on time.
• Perform inventory control and stock reconciliation tasks using our systems.
• Lead and coordinate team activities as required, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Conduct regular quality checks and escalate issues as needed.
• Complete maintenance activities on equipment and vehicles.
• Undertake general warehouse duties, including cleaning and administrative support.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are up to date.
• Promote a strong safety culture by adhering to all health and safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.

About You

To be successful in this role you will require a current Forklift Licence and demonstrated experience operating a Twin-tyne Forklift. You will also bring:

• High level of computer literacy, with confidence in executing administrative responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to teamwork.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and maintain high-quality outcomes.
• Organisational skills that support inventory tracking, record-keeping, and reporting.
• A passion for continuous improvement and a willingness to step up and take ownership of tasks, including leading small teams when needed.
• Previous exposure to supervisory responsibilities within a warehouse or logistics environment.
