Your Impact

The Revenue Growth Business Analyst plays a key role in delivering data-driven insights that shape strategic decision-making and drive improvements across critical revenue growth metrics. This role will manage and optimise key tools and technologies — including TPM and TPO platforms — to analyse, interpret, and translate data into actionable insights for the Revenue Growth Management and Sales teams. With a strong focus on unlocking growth opportunities, the Business Analyst will help ensure smarter, faster, and more impactful commercial decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Regular deep dives of pricing plans utilising TPO tools to identify opportunities for improvements in ROI and other key RGM metrics
• Analysing sales data, competitor activity and  shopper behaviour to provide insights that influence RGM strategy.
• Ensure data integrity of RGM tools updating with NPD, pricing and promotional information, and ensuring system integration with key forecasting tools.
• Ensure a consistent cross functional ways of working with the TPM & TPO tools as well as identify, communicate and help resolve potential issues.

About you

• Solid experience as a Business Analyst, or in a similar role, in a FMCG business, with a focus on analysing data and providing business recommendations using actionable insights.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Power BI, etc.) and experience with Trade Promotional and Optimisation software to analyze and present data insights
• Proven experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting insights to internal stakeholder team, driving decision-making processes
• Ability to communicate assertively, making clear and confident recommendations while managing stakeholder expectations and maintaining strong working relationships.
