Your Impact:

 

Join our Organisational Change Team and play a key role as we transition to the EWM & TM modules of SAP S/4 HANA. As the Training Manager, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing and delivering the overall program training strategy. Ensure impacted teams are equipped and ready to operate confidently in the future state to achieve a smooth transition. This role focuses on assessing training needs, designing effective learning solutions and evaluating program effectiveness to ensure alignment with project objectives. This role works closely with instructional designers, SMEs, change and operational teams to make sure training is clear, consistent and effective. This role reports to the Senior Change Manager Supply Chain.

 

Please note, this role will be offered as a 12-month fixed term contract.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Collaborate with the relevant project leads, Change team and stakeholders to develop and deliver the overarching training strategy for WMTM
  • Manage overall governance and structure of learning materials for the project
  • Conduct training needs assessment across departments to identify learning needs
  • Develop the required training curriculum to map out learning requirements by role/team
  • Design, develop and update training materials and programs tailored to the project requirements
  • Deliver engaging training sessions in various formats, including workshops and e-learning modules
  • Coordinate with workstream leads, SMEs and Instructional Designers/Trainers to schedule and facilitate training activities
  • Manage Instructional Designers through the development of training material tailored to end user requirements
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics
  • Maintain accurate training records and documentation for compliance and reporting purposes

 

About You:

 

  • Strong Learning and Development background with experience working in fast-paced complex organisations.
  • Strong capability in conducting detailed Training Needs Analysis across multiple teams and business areas and designing appropriate interventions to address learning needs
  • Demonstrated capability in training governance, planning and stakeholder engagement
  • Proven experience developing effective training strategies and delivering training programs for large or complex initiatives
  • Experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain environments advantageous
  • SAP / EWM&TM experience is strongly desired
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and work collaboratively
