Your Impact 

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll represent Asahi Beverages across the Forster Tuncurry and Taree regions, partnering with independent grocers and bottle shops to grow our iconic portfolio. You’ll play a key role in strengthening relationships, driving brand visibility, and delivering tailored solutions to our retail partners. 

This role is ideal for someone with retail or sales experience, but also presents a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in FMCG. You’ll be supported with structured onboarding and field training, gaining exposure to a wide range of brands and retail environments. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with independent retailers, including IGA stores and bottle shops. 

• Execute promotional plans and service packages to drive sales and brand visibility. 

• Manage a large and varied product portfolio across multiple categories. 

• Conduct regular outlet reviews and identify growth opportunities. 

• Collaborate with a supportive team of six, participating in monthly field days and team catch-ups. 

About You 

• Experience in retail or sales is highly regarded, but not essential. 

• A self-starter and team player with a strong desire to learn and grow. 

• Must live within the territory and hold a current driver’s licence. 

• Comfortable working independently and building rapport with a variety of customers. 

• RSA certification (or willingness to obtain).
